John size naan
Massive. That’s a family size naan hung next to my heavily gelled bonce (I’m still getting used to having hair).
We visited Akbars last night, really good curry. We made the mistake of seeing someone else with MASSIVE naan and thought it was the “family naan”. It turns out that was a regular naan and we’d ordered the comedy size naan. Awesome!

Is this the new Akbars in Newcastle? Near The Centre for Life? My mate Bob, swears by Akbars, been to the original in Bradford and apparently have a few around, though all apparently have same menu, recipe and ingredients. Hmmmm, love curry !!!

This was the York branch but yes, they have the same menu and apparenty the same quality at the Newcastle restaurant. We shall be confirming that at the earliest opportunity
